Digital innovation – from idea to effect

Through years of experience from working with a number of Sweden’s leading companies in various industries, we have developed a methodology for effectively driving digital innovation. The methodology means that we in a short go from an idea to a finished solution. We do this through workshops where we describe problems and goals, document business cases and decision materials, build prototypes, carry out pilots with internal and external stakeholders in order to verify the solution – and establish and produce “to be” processes and associated digital services and tools.
